About the Event

Join Us for an Exciting Monthly Meeting!

We are thrilled to invite you to our regularly scheduled monthly meeting, where community engagement and collaboration come to life! This month we will explore health inequities here in Bucks County.

Where you live shouldn't determine if you live.

Health inequities continue to impact many residents across Bucks County, with disparities in access to care, chronic disease outcomes, mental health services, and the social factors that shape overall well-being. While some communities thrive, others face barriers tied to income, insurance coverage, transportation, food access, and housing stability—gaps that demand attention and action. Join us at our next meeting, where a Dr. Monique Gary will discuss these critical issues, share insights, and explore solutions to help close the health equity gap.

This is a fantastic opportunity to voice your ideas and concerns, as well as to learn how you can get involved in shaping the future of our community. Your voice matters as we work together to build a healthier, more equitable Bucks County for everyone!

We look forward to seeing you there!
