This seminar takes a deeper dive into implicit bias and how it leads to microaggressions.  Action steps are provided with strategies participants can use to move forward with identifying, combatting, and managing their own implicit biases

This training workshop will be led by Serita Lachesis, who co-led the previous seminars in October 2020, joined by Jalil Pines and Megnot Toggia. All are teachers at a local Quaker school with background in anti-racism and social justice advocacy.
