About the Event

Our youth are living with the consequences of gun violence every single day - at school, in their neighborhoods and sometimes even within their closest relationships.

For many young people, fear isn’t an abstract idea—it’s a daily reality that shapes how they learn, how they move through their community, and how they connect with others. The harm shows up as trauma, broken trust, loss, and silence that too often goes unaddressed. Statistics show that Black and LGBTQ+ and young people face higher risks of gun violence.

The NAACP Bucks County is proud to cosponsor this event along with Ceasefire PA, A Woman's Place, and Planned Parenthood Keystone's Rainbow Room and other community organizations. We invite community members who care to join an honest, courageous conversation about stopping the harm to our youth, strengthening relationships, and confronting gun violence together. This is not a lecture—it’s an interactive panel discussion- space to listen, speak truth, and wrestle with the real impact we’re seeing and feeling.

If you believe our young people deserve safety, healing, and a future free from fear, your voice matters.

Teens, parents, educators and community members are welcome!
